Configures the GPIO[x] pin as an analog input or GPIO. CON[x] corresponds to the GPIO[x] pin.

0 : GPIO[x] configured as analog input (default)(1)
1 : GPIO[x] configured as GPIO
(1) On the ADS114S06B, the GPIO pins default as disabled. Set the CON[3:0] bits to enable the respective GPIO pins.
