9.4.4.1 Offset and Full-Scale Calibration

Use the offset and full-scale (gain) registers to correct offset or full-scale errors, respectively. As illustrated in Figure 9-18, the offset calibration register is subtracted from the output data before multiplication by the full-scale register, which is divided by 400000h. After the calibration operation, the final value of the output data is clipped to 24 bits.
