8.4.7 Serial Interface

A serial interface is used to read both the conversion data and to access the configuration registers. The interface is SPI-compatible and consists of four signals: CS, SCLK, DIN, and DOUT. Up to 15 ADCs converting at 4 kSPS can share a common serial bus when operating SCLK at 2.048 MHz.
