7.4.2.1 Power-Down Modes

For applications that are sensitive to power consumption, the ADS8588H offers a built-in, power-down feature. The device supports two power-down modes: standby mode and shutdown mode. As shown in Table 7-6, the device can enter either power-down mode by pulling the STBY pin to a logic level. Additionally, the selection between these two power-down modes is done by the state of the RANGE pin.
