In bq24193, PG goes LOW to indicate a good input source when:

  1. VBUS above UVLO
  2. VBUS above battery (not in sleep)
  3. VBUS below ACOV threshold
  4. VBUS above 3.8 V when 30-mA current is applied (not a poor source)
