7.3.4.1 Input Overvoltage Protection (VIN_OV)

If the voltage at the IN pin exceeds VIN_OV, the device turns off after a deglitch, tVIN_OV_DGL. The device enters Standby mode. Once the IN voltage recovers to a normal level, the charge cycle automatically resumes operation.
