9.1 Overview

The BQ25306 is a highly integrated standalone single cell and duel cell Li-Ion battery charger for Li-Ion, Li-polymer and LiFePO4 batteries with charge voltage and charge current programmable by external resistors. It includes the input reverse-blocking FET (RBFET, Q1), high-side switching FET (HSFET, Q2), low-side switching FET (LSFET, Q3), bootstrap diode for the high-side gate drive as well as current sensing circuitry.
