9.3.2.1 Battery Charging Profile

The device charges the battery in four phases: battery short, preconditioning, constant current, constant voltage. The fast charge current is set by a resistor ICHG pin. The battery charging profile is shown in the figure. The device charges battery based on charge voltage set by the feedback resister divider from BAT to FB and FB_GND.
