7.3.3 DMD Voltage Supplies

The micromirrors require unique voltage levels to control the mechanical switching from –12° to +12°. These voltage levels are nominally 16 V, 8.5 V, and –10 V (VBIAS, VOFFSET, and VRESET), and are generated by the TPS99000-Q1.
