  • QILLUMINATION = (QINCIDENT × DMD average thermal absorptivity) (W)
  • QINCIDENT = measured total illumination optical power at DMD (W)
  • DMD average thermal absorptivity = 0.40
QELECTRICAL = 3.32 W
QINCIDENT = 46.9 W (measured)
TCERAMIC = 50.0 °C (measured)
QARRAY = 3.32 W + (46.9 W × 0.40) = 22.1 W
TARRAY = 50.0 °C + (22.1 W × 0.60 °C/W) = 63.3 °C
