(1) VCC is not a pin on the DRV8305-Q1, but a VCC supply voltage pullup is required for open-drain output nFAULT; nFAULT may be pulled up to DVDD.
(2) The effective capacitance of ceramic capacitors varies with DC operating voltage and temperature. As a rule of thumb, expect the effective capacitance to decrease by as much as 50% at the extremes of the operating voltage. The system designer must review the capacitor characteristics and select the component accordingly.
