8.3.1.2.3 Propagation Delay

Propagation delay refers to the delay time from SPI valid condition to OUTx going high (10% level) as shown in Figure 44. The propagation constitutes of three major parameters.

  1. Digital delay for SPI command decode.
  2. Analog delay for driver switch-on and gate current charging delay.
  3. Slew rate delay for OUTx node to reach 10% of the final settling value.
