8.4.1 VDD Power Supply

Each VDD power supply pin must have a 10-nF (or 100-nF) capacitor to ground connected as close as possible to DS90UB962-Q1 device. TI recommends having additional decoupling capacitors (1 µF and 10 µF) and the pins connected to a solid power plane.
