9 Power Supply Recommendations

The HD3SS213 requires 3.3 V power sources. 3.3-V supply (VDD) must have 0.1-µF bypass capacitors to VSS (ground) for proper operation. TI recommends one capacitor for each power terminal. Place the capacitor as close as possible to the terminal on the device and keep trace length to a minimum. Smaller value capacitors like 0.01 µF are also recommended on the supply terminals.
