Put a 0.1-μF bypass capacitor at the input and output supply pins (V_CC1 and V_CC2) to make sure that operation is reliable at data rates and supply voltage. Put the capacitors as near to the supply pins as possible. If only one primary-side power supply is available in an application, use a transformer driver to help generate the isolated power for the secondary-side. Texas Instruments recommends the SN6501 device or SN6505A device.
