LM317 器件是一款可调节 3 端正电压稳压器,能够在 1.25V 至 37V 的输出电压范围内提供超过 1.5A 的电流。它仅需要使用两个外部电阻器来设置输出电压。此器件 具有 0.01% 的典型线性调整率和 0.1% 的典型负载调整率。它包含电流限制、热过载保护和安全工作区保护功能。即使“调节”端处于断开状态,过载保护功能仍然起作用。
