LM644x0-Q1 属于汽车级同步直流/直流降压转换器系列,具有卓越的效率和超低的 IQ。该器件具有集成式高侧和低侧 MOSFET,能够在 3V 至 36V 的宽输入电压范围内提供高达 6A 的输出电流,支持高达 42V 的负载突降瞬态。该转换器可对压降进行软恢复,因此无需对输出进行过冲。

LM644x0-Q1 集成了用于实现卓越 EMI 性能的诸多特性,包括展频频率调制、低 EMI 增强型 HotRod QFN 封装(可缓解开关节点振铃)和对称引脚排列(可实现理想的输入电容器放置)。开关频率在 200kHz 和 2.2MHz 之间可同步,从而避免敏感频带,同时可根据应用的具体要求优化效率或设计尺寸。

PFM 模式可在轻负载运行时进行频率折返,实现仅 7µA(典型值)的空载电流消耗和高轻负载效率。PWM 模式和 PFM 模式之间无缝转换,以及低 MOSFET 导通电阻和外部偏置输入,可在整个负载范围内提供卓越的效率和热性能。该封装在关键电源引脚之间有多个 NC 引脚,从而改进了故障模式和影响分析 (FMEA) 结果。
