8.3.5.2.1 Start-Up With Short-Circuit On Output

When the device is started with a short-circuit on the output end, it limits the load current to the current limit I(OL), and behaves similarly to the overload condition. Figure 37 illustrates the behavior of the device in this condition. This feature helps in quick isolation of the fault and hence ensures stability of the DC bus.
