Figure 6-3 defines the switching timings related to the zero-current detection (ZCD) block, and the device’s drain-to-source current, IN pin signal, and ZCD output signals are demonstrated. ZCD block starts detecting the positive drain-to-source after blanking period defined by tZCD_Blank measured from the rising edge of IN pin signal. Later, when a positive drain-to-source current is detected, the ZCD pin outputs a pulse-signal with width tWD_ZVD, and the delay time in between positive current detection and ZCD pulse's rising edge is defined as tzc_Det .
