Turn off SM clock after DCOC to remove coupling spurs from clock signals.

  1. In internal LO mode, set SM_CLK_EN (R2<10>) to 0.
  2. In external LO mode, set EXTLO_CLK_DIV_EN (R81<7:6>) to 0.
