8.3.8.5 Thermal Shutdown

If the die temperature of LP8863-Q1 reaches the thermal shutdown threshold TTSD, the boost, PL FET, and LED outputs on LP8863-Q1 device shut down to protect the device from damage. Fault status bit TSD_STATUS bit is set, and the INT pin is triggered. The device restarts the PL FET, the boost, and LED outputs when temperature drops by TTSD_H amount.
