8.2.2.2 PCM Ports

The PCM9211 can have up to 3 PCM inputs at one time or up to 3 PCM outputs at one time. Each PCM port can be configured top select the data output on the pins, and some such as MPIO_B can be either an input or an output. MPIO_C can be the PCM output for the ADC or a PCM input. In this application the Main Output Port, MPIO_B and MPIO_C are PCM outputs, while AUXIN0 (RXIN4 –RXIN7) is utilized as a PCM input.
