9.4 Device Functional Modes

The REF33xx is powered on when the voltage on the IN pin is greater than VOUT + 0.2 V, except for the REF3312, where the minimum supply voltage is 1.7 V. The maximum input voltage for the REF33xx is 5.5 V. Use a supply bypass capacitor ranging between 1 μF to 10 μF. The total capacitive load at the output must be between 0.1 μF to 10 μF to ensure output stability.
