7 Parameter Measurement Information

C_L includes probe and jig capacitance.

Waveform 1 is for an output with internal conditions such that the output is low, except when disabled by the output control. Waveform 2 is for an output with internal conditions such that the output is high, except when disabled by the output control.

All input pulses are supplied by generators having the following characteristics: PRR ≤ 10 MHz, Z_O = 50 Ω, dv/dt ≥
1 V/ns.

The outputs are measured one at a time, with one transition per measurement.

t_PLZ and t_PHZ are the same as t_dis.

t_PZL and t_PZH are the same as t_en.

t_PLH and t_PHL are the same as t_pd.

V_CCI is the V_CC associated with the input port.

V_CCO is the V_CC associated with the output port.
