(1) H = high level, L = low level, X = irrelevant, Z = common mode (recessive) bias to V_CC / 2. See Section 9.4.1 for bus state and common mode bias information.

(2) Devices have an internal pull up to V_CC or V_IO on TXD terminal. If the TXD terminal is open, the terminal is pulled high and the transmitter remain in recessive (non-driven) state.
