TCAN146x-Q1 是增强型高速 CAN FD 收发器系列,满足 ISO 11898-2:2024 附录 A 对于高速 CAN 规范的物理层要求并符合 CiA 601-4 信号改善能力 (SIC) 规范,支持高达 8Mbps 的数据速率。这些器件使用串行外设接口 (SPI) 进行配置,支持使用全部功能。通过向 VIO 引脚施加适当的电压,这些器件可支持 1.8V 至 5V 的处理器 IO 标称电压,从而允许使用低功耗处理器。

这些收发器支持选择性唤醒功能(能够根据 WUF 标识进行唤醒)。此功能可让系统实现局部联网,并使用更少的处于活动状态的节点运行,而其余节点处于低功耗睡眠模式。收发器和选择性唤醒功能符合 ISO 11898-2:2024 标准的规范。

TCAN1469-Q1 是一款功能全面的器件,支持看门狗和高级总线诊断功能。为便于调试,可以使用高级总线故障诊断和通信功能来确定特定总线故障。

TCAN146x-Q1 是增强型高速 CAN FD SIC 收发器系列。该系列内的器件之间以及与 TCAN114x-Q1 系列 CAN FD 局部联网收发器均寄存器兼容。借助 TCAN146x-Q1 系列器件,系统设计人员无需修改硬件且只需进行极少的软件更改,即可灵活地实现各种功能。TCAN1469-Q1 抑制 (INH) 引脚可用于使能节点电源,或者配置为在看门狗发生错误时使用的跛行回家引脚。
