TLIN1431x-Q1 是一款本地互联网络 (LIN) 系统基础芯片 (SBC),集成了看门狗、高侧开关、跛行回家功能和高度可配置的 WAKE 输入引脚。该器件在上电时自行确定控制方法、引脚或串行外设接口 (SPI)。看门狗默认为适合两种控制方法的窗口看门狗,但为了实现灵活性,在使用 SPI 控制时,可以将器件配置为具有超过 20 个不同时间窗口的窗口看门狗或超时看门狗。

LIN 收发器为终端编程提供 200 kbps 快速模式。为板载 LED 提供带诊断功能的高侧开关。高度可配置的 WAKE 引脚可与高侧开关一同使用,以实现循环检测,从而降低 ECU 睡眠电流。可为数字唤醒输出 (WKRQ) 配置 WKRQ/INH 引脚,或为外部电源配置基于 VSUP 的抑制 (INH) 使能引脚。
