The TMUX111x devices have four independently selectable single-pole, single-throw switches that are turned-on or turned-off based on the state of the corresponding select pin. The control pins can be as high as 5.5V.

The TMUX111x devices can be operated without any external components except for the supply decoupling capacitors. Unused logic control pins should be tied to GND or V_DD so that the device does not consume additional current as highlighted in Implications of Slow or Floating CMOS Inputs. Unused signal path inputs (Sx or Dx) should be connection to GND.
