The TMUX622x devices have two independently selectable single-pole, single-throw switches that are turned-on or turned-off based on the state of the corresponding select pin. The control pins can be as high as 36 V.

The TMUX622x devices can be operated without any external components except for the supply decoupling capacitors. The SEL pins has internal pull-down resistor of 4 MΩ. If unused, tie the SEL pins to GND so that the device does not consume additional current. For more information, see Implications of Slow or Floating CMOS Inputs. Unused signal path inputs (S1, S2, D1, or D2) should be connected to GND.
