11.2.2.7 VCC Capacitor Selection

The VCC pin is the output of an internal LDO for TPS2583x-Q1. The LDO supplies gate charge to the LS buck switch and is the supply to the digital state-machine and analog USB circuitry. To insure stability of the device, place a minimum of 2.2 μF, 10 V, X7R capacitor from this pin to ground. In addition a 0.1 μF high frequency decoupling capacitor is highly recommended.
