说明

TPS2663x 器件是易于使用的正极 60V 和 6A 电子保险丝,其中包含一个 31mΩ 的集成式 FET。该器件具有一个 B-FET 驱动器,用于在需要输入反极性故障和反向电流阻断保护的系统设计中控制外部 N 沟道 FET。该器件集成了强大的保护功能,可简化在 IEC61000-4-5 工业浪涌测试等系统测试期间需要保护的系统设计。该器件具有可调节输出功率限制 (PLIM) 功能,从而简化需要符合 IEC61010-1 和 UL1310 等标准的系统设计。其他保护功能包括可调节过流保护、快速短路保护、输出压摆率控制、过压保护和欠压锁定。
