说明

TPS57060-Q1 器件是一款 60V 0.5A 降压型稳压器,集成了high-side MOSFET。电流模式控制提供了简单的外部补偿和灵活的组件选择。低纹波脉冲跳跃模式将无负载稳压输出电源电流降至 116μA。使能引脚处于低电平状态时,关断电流降至 1.3µA。

其欠压锁定电压在内部设定为 2.5V,但可用使能引脚将之提高。输出电压startup过程中的斜坡受控于缓启动引脚,该引脚还可用于配置时序和跟踪。开漏电源正常信号表示输出介于其标称电压的 92% 至 109% 范围之内。

宽开关频率范围允许对效率及外部组件尺寸进行优化。频率折返和热关断功能在过载情况下保护部件。

TPS57060-Q1 器件采用 10 引脚耐热增强型 MSOP-PowerPAD™封装 (DGQ) 和 VSON (DRC) 封装。
