7.3.5 Output Short-to-Ground Protection

The TPS61094 starts to limit the output current when the output voltage is below the minimum value (VIN, VOUT_REG). The lower the output voltage reaches, the smaller the output current is. When the output voltage is below 0.5 V, the output current is limited to approximately 200 mA. Once the short circuit is released, the TPS61094 goes through the soft start-up again to output the regulated voltage.
