8.3.6 Thermal Shutdown

The TPS61253x has a built-in temperature sensor that monitors the internal junction temperature, TJ. If the junction temperature exceeds the threshold (typical 150 °C), the device goes into the thermal shutdown, and the high-side and low-side FETs are turned off. When the junction temperature falls below the thermal shutdown falling threshold (typical 130 °C), the device resumes the operation.
