Design Requirements

The design of the inverter can be adapted to different output voltages and load currents. The following components cover an input voltage range up to 9 V. For CIN, a 0603 capacitor close to the device pins is required in addition to the larger capacitor. As the CCP capacitor has the same voltage across it, its dc bias effect is similar to CIN. Table 3 gives examples for the schematics optimized for different input and output voltage ranges.
