9.4.1.2 Boost Operation
When VI is smaller than VO (and the voltages are not close enough to trigger buck-boost operation), the TPS63805, TPS63806, and TPS63807 operate in boost mode where the boost high-side and low-side switches are active. The buck high-side switch is always turned on and the buck low-side switch is always turned off. This lets the TPS63805, TPS63806, and TPS63807 operate as a classical boost converter.
