As a recommendation, choose an input capacitors of at least 4.7µF for the input of the boost converter (INP) and accordingly for the input of the inverting converter (INN). This improves transient behavior of the regulators and EMI behavior of the total power-supply circuit. Choose a ceramic capacitor or a tantalum capacitor. For the use of a tantalum capcitor, an additonal, smaller ceramic capacitor (100nF) in parallel is required. Place the input capacitor(s) close to the input pins.
