The IN, BIAS, and EN pin voltages can be sequenced in any order without causing damage to the device. Start up is always monotonic regardless of the sequencing order or the ramp rates of the IN, BIAS, and EN pins. See the Section 6.3 table for proper voltage ranges of the IN, BIAS, and EN pins.
