9.2.2.7 Output Voltage Feedback Resistor Selection

The resistor divider network RTOP and RBOTTOM is used to set the output voltage. For the example design, 10 kΩ was selected for RTOP. Using Equation 1, RBOTTOM is calculated as 15.32 kΩ. The nearest standard 1% resistor is 15.4 kΩ.
