8.1.3 LED Current Programming

The LED current is set by the external current sense resistor, RCS, and the analog adjust voltage, VIADJ. The LED current can be programmed by varying VIADJ between 140 mV to 2.3 V. The LED current can be calculated using Equation 15:

Equation 15. ILED=VIADJ14×RCS

The LED current can be programmed by varying VIADJ between 140 mV and 2.3 V. TI recommends a 10-nF capacitor from IADJ pin to AGND pin to filter high frequency switching noise.
