TPSM41625 电源模块是一款易于使用的集成式电源,它在紧凑的 QFN 封装内整合了一个带有功率 MOSFET 的直流/直流转换器、一个屏蔽式电感器和多个无源器件。该电源解决方案需要的外部组件很少,同时仍能够调整关键参数以满足特定的设计要求。需要更大电流的应用可通过并联两个 TPSM41625 器件而受益。
