7.3.14 BP5

The BP5 pin is the output of an internal 5-V regulator. Bypass this pin with a minimum of 1.5 μF of effective capacitance to AGND. Place the capacitor as close as possible to the BP5 pin. This pin can be used as a pullup voltage for power-good signals.
