说明

TXU0204-Q1 是一款 4 位双电源同相定向电压电平转换器件。Ax 引脚以 VCCA 逻辑电平为基准,OE 引脚可以 VCCA 或 VCCB 逻辑电平为基准,Bx 引脚以 VCCB 逻辑电平为基准。A 端口能够接受 1.1V 至 5.5V 的输入电压,而 B 端口也可接受 1.1V 至 5.5V 的输入电压。如果 OE 相对于任一电源设为高电平,可能会发生从 A 到 B 或从 B 到 A 的定向数据传输。OE 设为低电平时,所有输出引脚均处于高阻抗状态。请参阅器件功能模式,简要了解控制逻辑的运行。
