The design of the power system for end equipment should consider some design requirements to ensure the reliable operation of the device through the load range. The design considerations include the peak source and sink current, power dissipation, overcurrent and short circuit protection, AIN-APWM function for analog signal sensing, and so on.
A design example for a half bridge based on IGBT is given in this subsection. The design parameters are shown in Table 9-1.
