The acceptable propagation delay from the gate driver is dependent on the switching frequency at which it is used and the acceptable level of pulse distortion to the system. The UCC2732x and UCC3732x devices feature 25-ns turnon propagation delay and 35-ns turnoff propagation delay (typical), which ensure very little distortion and allow operation at higher frequencies.
