为了实现快速开关速度，UCD7100 输出级使用 TrueDrive™ 输出架构，可在开关切换的米勒平坦区向 MOSFET 的栅极提供 ±4A 的额定电流。它还包含 3.3V、10mA 的线性稳压器，可为数字控制器供电。

UCD7000 驱动器系列与 DSP、微控制器或 ASIC 的标准 3.3V I/O 端口兼容。UCD7100 采用 PowerPAD™ HTSSOP-14 封装。
