Function

PxIV register is cleared by debugger, affecting debug program flow

Description

When the PxIV register is read via the debugger the register gets cleared. This can cause lost port interrupts during the debug sessions.

Workaround

The wrong clearing of the register during debugging itself cannot be avoided. The debug software should write back by the interrupt flag after it has been read and cleared.
