This read-word command pair returns a signed integer value of the average power of the current discharge. A value of 0 indicates that the battery is not being charge or discharged. The value is reported in units of cW. If the command EnergyScale() returns a value greater than 1, then the actual value of average power equals to AveragePower() × EnergyScale(). Although the maximum supported battery voltage can be up to 16.7 kV and the maximum current can be up to 8160 A, respectively, the maximum average power can only be up to 81.6 kW, which is 8,160,000 cW as maximum. It is the designer's responsibility to set an appropriate Energy Scale in data flash so that the actual maximum available energy can be represented by EnergyScale() and AveragePower().
