Product Description

The TPS7H5004-SP QMLP is a dual output radiation-hardness-assured PWM controller suited for usage in non-synchronous push-pull and full-bridge topologies. The controller has configurable leading edge blank time. The maximum duty cycle for this device is 50% and is attained by connecting the DCL pin to AVSS. The device has high switching frequency capability, small footprint, and 0.613-V ±1% reference.

The TPS7H5004-SP QMLP can be driven using an external clock through the SYNC pin or run using the internal oscillator at a frequency programmed by the user. The TPS7H5004-SP QMLP is packaged in a very small 24-pin TSSOP (thin-shrink small outline) package.
