LM73100EVM Integrated Ideal Diode evaluation board features include:

  • 2.7 V to 23 V (typ), 5.5 A operation
  • Programmable output voltage slew rate control
  • Programmable overvoltage lockout threshold

  • LED status indication for Power Good output

  • Onboard Schottky diode at output prevents negative spike during overcurrent faults
